Expect Mindfulness Meditations early in the morning, mid-morning dynamic Jivamukti Yoga Classes, Workshops, Unwinding Music Sessions, and Sound Meditations at night.

Accommodation
This is the 4th time we are doing a retreat in this location. Located on the top of a hill only ten kilometers from the nearest beach, Es Bec D’Aguila is an impressive and exclusive Finca in Menorca nestled in 60 private hectares of land with a charming yoga shala, an organic farm, unique bedrooms, and incredible farm-to-table meals. The Finca itself is over 1,000 square meters, and it is surrounded by stunning landscaped gardens, lots of nature, and green.
It’s luxurious in a good way, with beautifully designed furniture, unique and spacious rooms with sunrise or sunset views, super king size beds, the highest quality linens throughout, and hair & body care made from Mediterranean plants.
Extremely spacious inside and out, there are plenty of spaces for everyone to find quiet spots. Outside, there’s a 25 meter heated pool to enjoy the incredible views.
Meals
The meals are something to look forward to in this retreat: during the 6 days we will be having delicious, healthy and nourishing food prepared by the finca’s top chefs. Most of the vegetables are harvested right there on the property's organic farm. Every day they are served beautifully on long tables outside where you can see the moon and stars.
The Program
The program consists of Mindfulness Meditations early in the early morning, deep and groovy Jivamukti Yoga classes in the mid-morning, Workshops, Asana Lab, Sound Meditations at night, Mantra Chanting, Study of Sutras, Poetry Readings, Listening Sessions (live music), Breath-work, Moon Ritual, Cacao Ceremony, Self Care Ritual, and more. We will also have time to explore the beach, do hikes, and horse riding around the island.
