We brought Asana Groove to The Dutchess for a weekend three times a year. This was an opportunity to get immersed in a series of Jivamukti Yoga classes accompanied by live DJ sets, live music, sound meditations, biodynamic farming, archery, hiking in the woods, and eating food straight from the farm.The Dutchess is only 1.5 hours away from Manhattan by train, and it is a secret hotel in a 200 acre farm that differs from a traditional hotel in that it’s experience is elevated by not revealing much context or visuals ahead of a guest’s arrival.
