About Isabel Navalón

Isabel started practicing yoga at 16 years old to solve back problems. A sports injury that kept her from playing other team sports made yoga her only option for movement. Thanks to this, she began to develop an interest in learning more about herself and investigating the body and mind during my adolescence. Since then, her practice has changed a lot, but it is always something that brings her back to 'home' and will always be with Isabel.

After more than 800 hours of training, her classes are composed of practices that combine several styles of yoga and movement. They connect the body through creative and fun sequences as a base, added to a conscious work of self-exploration. It includes strength work, always with effort but without forcing, and conscious mobility, which helps us to increase ranges and create new movement patterns.

She likes to convey that the practice should be a safe space in which to get to know yourself, adapt it to your needs, enjoy the present moment through movement and stillness, united with your breath.
