Karen Truzman

Karen began her path with yoga when she was 16 years old, and it became her way of living and inhabiting herself.

Creativity in movement and the invitation to explore oneself are the two ingredients that are always present in Karen's classes. She is extremely passionate about guiding each student in their own processes, both internal and external as a way to come back home into the body. She explains every asana in a detailed manner and teaches how to take yoga off the mat.

Karen believes that one does not adapt to yoga, but yoga can be adapted for each person and every experience. This is why she tailors her classes specifically for each person's needs at any given moment. What moves you and what you feel? That's the focus of her practice, giving importance not only to the external movement of the body, but of our internal world that wants to express itself. She often adds intuitive movement, writing, asana lab and somatic practices in her classes.
